What are the Shipment options?

All parcels are shipped using the DHL courier service.

At what hours are the parcels delivered?

The DHL couriers deliver parcels on working days, primarily between 8 AM and 6 PM. The actual time depends on the address, weather and the courier company.

How quickly do you realize orders?

It usually takes 5 to 6 days from the moment payment is confirme. Orders placed on bank holidays are realized starting on the working day immediately following the day on which the payment was confirmed. The declared delivery date may be extended due to communication problems between the courier and the Client or due to unforeseen circumstances on the courier’s side.

What if the delivery is delayed?

The easiest course of action is to contact the selected courier company and provide them with the parcel number. Another possibility is to contact our Customer Service Office. Attention! Please check the parcel before accepting. In case of damage during transport, please create a damages protocol with the courier and contact our Customer Service Office.

What are the payment options?

• “Online Payment (Pre-Payment)” – using PayU, PayPal;
• payment cards (debit and credit cards).

Are there additional fees, for example for card payments?

There are no additional fees for selected payment options.

How quickly is a payment confirmed?

Everything depends on the payment option chosen. Verification of a payment realized via a card or a fast banking transfer usually takes a few minutes.
