Returns and Complaints

What about returns?

Clients may return purchased goods in the period of 30 days from the day of purchase. The products may be returned without providing a justification. The only conditions are returning products that are: new, have all labels and tabs attached, in original packaging, with no signs of use and no additional smell. Lack of the security tab, originally attached to the product makes the return option unavailable to the Client. Return of shirts is only possible with the complete set of packaging and accessories that accompanied the shipment.

Please buy responsibly. The webpages dedicated to our products include a very detailed size chart, therefore the Clients are requested to check if the order lists the appropriate sizes.

Who bears the cost of return?

The cost of returning products to Macaroni Tomato is borne by the Client.

What is the step-by-step return procedure?

The parcel includes a “Return Form” – which needs to be filled in with the product details. A copy of the document can be also downloaded from our website (at the bottom of the page).

Please pack the products with the form and the original receipt (invoice) and send to:

After we have received the parcel, we will transfer the money back to the indicated bank account.

Please remember:

  • Do not forget to include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and all the original tabs/labels. If you do not have proof of purchase, please contact our Customer Service Office.
  • Do not send COD parcels – we have no technical possibility to receive such parcels.
  • All the products are returned at the Client’s sole cost and risk. Therefore the Client should select a reliable shipment service, e.g. a courier service, or – as last resort – send a registered postal parcel.

COMPLAINTS

What is the step-by-step complaint procedure?

The Complaint Form is available at our website (at the bottom of the page) – it should be printed and filled in. Complaints that are not accompanied by a properly filled Complaint Form shall be rejected.

The product in question, the Complaint Form and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) must be sent to:

All complaints are processed in a period of up to 14 days from the day on which the products in question were received.

In case of a justified complaint – the damaged product shall be repaired or replaced with a new one of full value and if that proves impossible (e.g. due to lack of a suitable product) – the full price of the product plus the shipment cost shall be reimbursed.

Please remember:

  • The products in question are sent at the Client’s sole cost and risk. Therefore the Client should select a reliable shipment service, e.g. a courier service, or – as last resort – send a registered postal parcel.
  • Do not send COD parcels – we have no technical possibility to receive such parcels.
